How It Works

No installs, no IT tickets, no new accounts. If your district uses Google Workspace, you're already set up.

1

Buy & copy

After checkout you'll get a link. Open it with your district Google account and click "Make a copy" — the tool lands in your own Drive.

2

Import your caseload

Upload your student CSV (SIRAS-style exports work out of the box) and your caseload fills itself in.

3

Start your week

Set up your weekly schedule once. Then tap a session, and your students, times, and previous notes are already waiting for you.

🔒

Your students' data stays yours. Period.

These aren't web apps holding your caseload on someone else's server. Each tool is your own copy, living in your district Google account, protected by your district's existing Google Workspace security. Nothing is transmitted to us — we couldn't see your student data if we wanted to. That makes conversations with your IT department refreshingly short.

FAQ

Do I need to be "good with computers"?

If you can use Google Sheets at the "type in a cell" level, you're ready. Everything runs from friendly menus and forms — and each tool comes with a video walkthrough that takes you from copy to charting.

Google showed me an "unverified app" warning. Is that okay?

Yes — that's expected the first time you run your copy. Because you own your copy of the tool, Google treats it as your own script rather than a published app. Copy it under your district Google Workspace account and the warning is minimal or absent; the walkthrough video shows exactly what to click.

Will it work on iPads and Chromebooks?

The full experience is designed for a computer (PC, Mac, or Chromebook browser). The session logger and weekly schedule also run as a web page you can bookmark on a phone or tablet — though some districts' device policies restrict Google web apps on managed iPads, so check with your IT department if iPad use is essential for you.

Is this a subscription?

No. One purchase, one price, and the copy is yours forever. Since it lives in your Drive, it keeps working even if this website disappears tomorrow.
